• All Sales Final – All items are sold as-is, where-is. No returns, exchanges, warranties, or refunds.
• Payment Methods – We accept cash (please no bills over $50), all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Personal checks are not accepted.
• Pricing – Prices are clearly marked unless otherwise noted. Availability and pricing are subject to change throughout the sale.
• Item Removal – Buyers are responsible for moving and loading all purchased items. Please bring adequate assistance and appropriate vehicles for large or heavy items.
• Respect the Property – Please be courteous to neighbors, staff, and other shoppers. Children must remain supervised at all times.
• Personal Belongings – For the security of our clients and guests, large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses are not permitted inside the home.
