Shipping Policy

Introduction

Heirluma ships curated estate sale items and vintage finds throughout the United States and internationally. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. We ship through trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and other available shipping partners, depending on the size and destination of your order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated during checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or VAT imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Heirluma is not responsible for any customs or import fees assessed after shipment.

Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order has not arrived within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@heirluma.co with your name and order number so we can assist you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Orders shipping to U.S. P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage or another USPS service, when available.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of estate sale merchandise, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
