Unless otherwise stated, all purchases made through Heirluma are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns except as required by applicable law or as outlined below.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@heirluma.co.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and any shipping damage

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Estate Sale Purchases

All items purchased through our estate sales are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Due to the unique nature of estate sale merchandise, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds after a purchase has been completed.

We encourage customers to carefully inspect all items before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Service Deposits & Payments

Deposits and payments made for estate services, including consultations, estate sales, cleanouts, move management, appraisals, and related services, are generally non-refundable once work has begun or expenses have been incurred. Any exceptions will be outlined in your signed service agreement.
